Set Up Fee for Fully Managed

When you first instruct us, you will have to pay a Set Up Fee. This fee covers all the cost of advertising, Including advertising on Zoopla, Primelocation.com & Onthemarket, A to let board at the property, social media advertising, Accompanied viewings,  finding a tenant, Carrying out all referencing on new tenants and drawing up agreements etc. The Set Up Fee is payable each time you instruct us to find a new tenant for your property.

A fee for protecting the tenant’s deposit will be charged separately to cover our costs.

Commission for Fully Managed

We charge a monthly commission for the ongoing management of your property.

Renewal Fee for Fully Managed 

If you are happy to renew the tenancy we will  charge you a Renewal Fee, payable after the tenants signing a new agreement.
