They are quick to engage and respond with any query; they provide high quality tradesmen to fix repairs in an acceptable time frame and they're LGBTQ friendly and respectful. They couldn't be any better! I really love the fact that I can use Whatsapp or drop them a call to contact them anytime. Seriously, I cannot recommend Pinto enough! Amazing!

I used Pinto Property for the sale of my house, and found their service to be of a very high standard. They were honest from the outset about what prices they thought they could achieve unlike others who gave unrealistic valuations. Although I dealt with Ben at the start, my main point of contact as things progressed was Laura. She was exceedingly professional, and made a stressful process very simple. I have moved out of the area, but am already planning on my next move and am lamenting the fact that there isn't a Pinto Property in the area! Yes, you pay more than the online services, but still they were very reasonable, and actually got the place sold unlike a lot of the online sites that I probably am not allowed to mention by name on here. I am so glad we went with our instincts and did it the traditional way.

Compared to most other estate agents I've had dealings with I was highly impressed with the staff at Pinto. They have always been extremely helpful, professional, friendly and pleasant to deal with. I felt that my property was marketed as well as it could have been, in particular the photographs were done to a very high standard. I was kept well informed throughout the entire process, and the staff would always go the extra mile to resolve any issues that arose. Once a sale had been agreed the 'sales progression team' took over and continued to provide the same excellent level of service as had been provided by the branch. I wouldn't hesitate to use Pinto again, and have already recommended them to other friends who are selling their house. A big thank you to all the team!

We put our house on the market and within 3 weeks Ben had a buyer at the price we wanted. The process after then was very smooth with regular updates from his staff and also prompts from them to the solicitors and buyers side when required.
